Summer Artichoke Spinach Dip

Between BBQs, picnics, and swimming parties quick snacks are always needed. Dive into the party the right way by making a Summer Artichoke Spinach Dip in a "pool". This snack not only looks cute, but tastes great. It is easy and quick to make and can be the talk of the party!

1 Bread Bowl of your preference (we prefer sourdough bread)
1 (1.8 ounce) package of veg soup mix
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream (we used fat free)
1 (4 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 ( 5ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 can of Artichokes in water, drained and chopped
Crackers for dipping AND most importantly 1 cracker for the "diving board".
1. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, dry leek soup mix, water chestnuts and chopped spinach. Chill in the refrigerator all mixed together for at least 30 min or you can even prepare it...
