Summer salad with chicken and zucchini

Zucchini - 1. average
onion - 1 red
Cucumber - 1 small
Tomatoes - 1.
parsley - 5 sprigs

olive oil - 60 ml
balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 3-4 cloves

Gently cut yourself chicken breasts Salt and cut them to pieces. Zucchini cut into slices lengthwise and cut them into smaller pieces. Mix olive oil with garlic and blend spoon balsamic vinegar. Using the Brush zucchini with aromatic olive oil, and placed on the grill to roast on both sides briefly. Also marinate the chicken in olive oil and fry in a pan until tender. During this time, tomatoes and cucumbers cut into pieces and pour into a bowl. Add chopped onion, then baked zucchini and chicken. Salad seasoned with salt, pepper and sprinkle with plenty of chopped parsley.

3 slices thick cut bacon
1 small Vidalia onion
2 cloves garlic
2 15.5 oz cans diced tomatoes
1 T sugar
2 t fresh thyme leaves
1 dried bay leaf
1/2 t apple cider vinegar
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
2 c fresh or frozen okra
salt and pepper ( to taste )
