Summertime Salsa

A fresh and spicy salsa that you can whip up in minutes! Make extra - it will be gone before you know it.

5 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons diced jalapenos (from the jar)
2-3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, leaves removed from stems
2 teaspoons minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
In the bowl of a food processor, combine all of the ingredients and pulse until it's a chunky or not chunky as you like it. Serve with tortilla chips for a snack or as a garnish with tacos, nachos, etc.
