These wonderfully fluffy pancakes are delicious topped with maple syrup, yogurt, or apple sauce. The whole family will be wanting more.

1 ½ Cups of Flour
½ Cup of Almond Meal
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt

1 ¾ Cup of Milk
2 Tbsp Apple Sauce
2 tsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp Ground Chia Seed
3 Tbsp Water

¼ Cup Hemp hearts
2 Whole apples (chopped)
