Sunrise Sunset Omelet!

This Omelet is Good for Anytime and the best part is you can add any of your favorite Ingredients and it always comes out Delicious

8 eggs
1 green onion, sliced
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 California avocado, seeded, peeled, diced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or cheese of your choice
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
any veggies that you like with eggs
To taste salt, pepper
