Such a healthy and filling berrylicious smoothie that is just what you'll be looking for during the warm months.

1/4 cup oats

1 Tablespoon ground flax seeds

1 Tablespoon chia seeds

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/3 cup fat free vanilla yogurt

3/4 cup cold water

1 small orange

8-10 frozen strawberries

1 banana frozen

1/3 cup frozen blueberries
