Supersoft, thick, chewy, and perfectly spiced Gingerbread Cookies!

2-1/2 C all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
3/4 C unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
1 C granulated (white) sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 C molasses
1/3 C granulated (white) sugar – for rolling the cookies in
