1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground veal {can sub in extra pork and beef if you don't do veal}
1 pound ground pork
3 slices white bread
3 large egg yolks
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Sauce
4 cups beef broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 stick butter {salted}
3/4 cup flour
