Sweet and Salty Cap'n Crunch Bars

Do you watch "The Chew" on ABC? I do, and have ever since it debuted and took the place of the long running soap, "All My Children". I love watching "The Chew" and just the other day there was an episode where Clinton Kelly and Carla Hall were stating that Cap'n Crunch cereal is (in their opinion's) the best cereal ever! This got me to thinking... I've not had Cap'n Crunch in like, forever but I'll bet it would be tasty worked into a marsh

1 stick butter
2 tablespoons coconut oil
16 ounces mini marshmallows
1 cup peanut butter
12 ounces Cap'n Crunch cereal (original flavor)
6 ounces pretzels, crushed
5 ounces roasted, salted peanuts
7 ounces dark chocolate chips
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
