Sweet and Tasty Chicken Salad

Chicken Salad is oh So Good, and this one has a little sweet relish in it which makes it different, You should really give it a try. Good Food is worth Making Right!

What you Need:
2 chicken breasts, poached just until done and finely diced or shredded
1/2 cup Miracle whip or mayonnaise, more or less
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish\
1/4 cup finely minced white onion, or green onion
1 or 2 boiled eggs, chopped
Pinch of salt and pepper, or to taste
1/4 tsp of Paprika
Dash of Garlic Powder

How to Make it:
Cook your chicken by poaching in a little water till tender and done, no pink in the center, let cool then shred or dice up
Mix your miracle whip with the plain yogurt till creamy then set...
