I’m celebrating spring a little early with some of my favorite sweet treats. This Cherry Lime Bread has always been my favorite, and combines 2 great flavors - cherry and lime!

Bread:
½ Cup Unsalted Butter (softened)
1½ Cups Sugar
3 Eggs
2 Cups Flour
1½ Teaspoons Baking Soda
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
½ Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Lime, Zested
1 Lime, Juiced
1½ Cups Plain Greek Yogurt (or Sour Cream)
1 Can Cherry Pie Filling (21 oz)
Frosting:
2 Limes, Juiced
2 Limes, zested
1 Tablespoon Butter (softened)
2 Tablespoons Milk
2-3 Cups Powdered Sugar
½ Cup Unsalted Butter (softened)
1½ Cups Sugar
3 Eggs
2 Cups Flour
1½ Teaspoons Baking Soda
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
½ Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Lime, Zested
1 Lime, Juiced
1½ Cups Plain Greek Yogurt (or Sour Cream)
1 Can Cherry Pie Filling (21 oz)
Frosting:
2 Limes, Juiced
2 Limes, zested
1 Tablespoon Butter (softened)
2 Tablespoons Milk
2-3 Cups Powdered Sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease two loaf pans (9 inches).
In a medium sized bowl, beat together sugar, butter and eggs.
Beat in vanilla, lime zest, and lime juice.
Fold in Greek Yogurt.
