ingredients :
150 grams of frozen sweet corn
100 ml of fresh liquid milk
100 grams sugar
150 ml of water
2 egg yolks
½ tsp vanilla extract
150 ml of fresh whipped cream ( Whipping cream , thick cream )
50 grams of granulated frozen sweet corn , boiled , leave intact
How to make : 1 . Mix 150 g of corn with milk , process in a blender or food processor until smooth . Boil while stirring until boiling . 2 . required at room temperature , then transfer to the fridge so cold . 3 . Combine sugar and water in a pan to make a thick syrup . Beat well with a low-speed mixer . 9 . Freeze : pour the mixture into a container , freeze in freezer until thickened . 10 . Remove , then puree in a blender or food processor . Enter whole sweet corn , stir ( do not blend anymore ) . 11 . Move into a container , cover and freeze until hardened . You can repeat the process several times to soften and freeze the ice cream so that more subtle .
