It is very crispy and tasty. You can keep it for 1 week.

1 and 1/2 cup milk,
1/2 cup powdered sugar,
1/2 cup clarified butter (ghee),
1/2 cup refined flour,
1/2 cup wheat flour,
Oil for deep frying.
In a pan add milk, sugar and butter and let it boil. In a bowl add refined flour, wheat flour and the milk mixture and make a dough. Sprinkle dry flour on a board and roll a big circle out of the dough. Cut the circle into long strips and then into the shape of diamond. Heat the oil. Fry the diamonds till golden brown, remove on tissue paper. Store it in a airtight container. Now its ready.
