As a family we are trying to eat more Veggies... and I'll be honest... sometimes I get really sick of the same old stuff. So I experimented a bit and ended up with this! If you love sweet potatos you will LOVE this!

4 to 6 Large Sweet Potatos or Yams
2 to 3 Large Granny Smith apples
3/4 cup of cranberry flavored Craisins
4 to 6 Large Sweet Potatos or Yams
2 to 3 Large Granny Smith apples
3/4 cup of cranberry flavored Craisins
Cut your sweet potatos in half and boil in water until tender
After they are done boiling, peel and slice them up. (I did mine in circle shapes)
Lay them in a 9X13 pan
Next peel your apples and slice...
