This fast, easy, and healthy breakfast is the perfect start to a cool fall morning!

•½ cup old fashioned oats
•¼ teaspoon vanilla
•¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
•¼ teaspoon salt
•1 Tablespoon brown sugar
•¾ cup milk (use any kind of milk, but do not use water – that won’t be creamy enough, and the milk is good for you!)
•¼ cup sweet potato (or pumpkin) puree
•2 Tablespoons toasted, chopped pecans
•¼ teaspoon vanilla
•¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
•¼ teaspoon salt
