Swiss and Gruyere Cheese Fondue

This white cheese fondue makes the perfect special occasion appetizer!

1 cup dry white wine*
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 pound shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 pound shredded Gruyere cheese
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
French bread, cut into 1 inch cubes, for serving
Sliced Apples, for serving
