It's loaded with ground beef, onion, corn, peppers, beans, tomatoes and seasonings. I love that it's a healthy recipe too! Personally, I love topping it with cheese, salsa or sour cream!

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion ( chopped )
5 cloves garlic ( minced )
15 oz black beans
15 oz corn with peppers
15 oz chili beans in chili sauce
14.5 oz petite diced tomatoes
10 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 tbsp chili powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
