Super easy to make! Koji Salt is a Japanese condiment that you can use it as salt and pickle your vegetables at home. This is my homemade koji salt which I've been in love for a long time! By the way, fermented foods are great for promoting health by increasing good bacteria in the gut! They are considered to boost your immune system.
