Lion House Dinner Rolls

My all-time favorite roll, hands-down, is none other than the Lion House. These rolls are so soft, slightly sweet, and are just complete perfection! They practically melt in your mouth right out of the oven.

2 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar

In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine water and milk powder and stir until milk dissolves. Add yeast, then sugar, salt, butter, egg and 2 c. flour. Mix on low until ingredients are wet, then turn to...

Easy French Loaves

Here's a delicious white bread that's perfectly crusty on the outside and soft on the inside-just what a French Bread should be. If you're like me, you attribute bread with lots of sweat and labor. 2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
4 to 4 1/2 c. bread flour
