Healthy Blueberry Oatmeal Bread Recipe

This healthy blueberry oatmeal bread recipe is perfect for breakfast, snack or dessert. It's vegetarian and sugar-free.

1 cup blueberries and raspberries ( washed and pat dried )
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
a pinch of sea salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup raw honey
1/4 cup coconut butter
2 eggs
1/3 cup buttermilk
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS::
honey, fresh blueberries, Greek yogurt, fresh mint
1 Loaf
  • Heat the oven to 160C/320°F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
