4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/4 cup Flour
3 tbsp Corn Starch
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 Lemon ( Zested and Juiced )
1/2 Fresh Dill ( Rough Chopped )
1 tsp Capers ( Rough Chopped )
1/4 cup White Wine (or Broth if you prefer)
1/4 cup Water
pinch Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil (for cooking)
