Recipe for a Baked Potato (fluffy every time when using this trick)

A fluffy baked potato is one of those comfort foods that can always be adjusted to your current mood. Feeling spicy? Add some hot salsa. Feeling classy? Top with butter, sour cream, chives, and salt. Feeling adventurous? Keep reading and I'll reveal my new favorite topping.
Baked Potato Ingredients:
2 10-oz Russet potatoes
1 tsp kosher sea salt
1 Tbsp olive oil
Anchovy Butter Ingredients:
8 Tbsp butter ( at room temperature )
3 anchovy fillets
3 cloves garlic ( finely chopped )
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste

Sheet Pan Dinner: Hanger Steak with Mushrooms and Carrots

Creative, delicious sheet pan dinner with only 5 ingredients, plus salt & pepper. Hanger steak with mushrooms and carrots.
Sheet Pan Hanger Steak and Vegetables:
1 lb hanger steak ( trimmed if necessary )
2 c (8 oz) carrots ( 1/2 inch slices )
2 c (8 oz) mushrooms, depending on size ( roughly cut )
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp salt and black pepper for the steak ( a pinch each for vegetables )
1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Parsley for garnish (optional)
Garlic Herb Compound Butter - optional:
1/2 c (1 stick) unsalted butter
2 Tbsp parsley ( finely chopped )
1 Tbsp sage ( finely chopped )
1 clove garlic ( minced )
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt and pepper ( or more to taste )
1 lb hanger steak ( trimmed if necessary )
