A crunchy crushed pretzel crust with a creamy whipped cream cheese middle layer, followed by the “cherry” on top, a cool, raspberry jello finish. This is what you call perfection!

1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
4 Tbsp. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 large pkg (6 oz.) raspberry jello
2 cups boiling water
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries

Melt butter, add pretzels and sugar. Mix well and press into a 9×13? pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and Cool Whip. Spread on top of pretzel crust. ...
