Have you ever tried fermented rice milk before?
This is one of my favorite fermented foods! You can easily cook at home with simple ingredients and is really great for your health, including boosting your immune system, energy levels, promoting skin health, and digestion and much more!
What better way to enjoy this juicy, sweet fruit than in a strawberry cocktail (and mocktail) that's super refreshing and thirst-quenching on a hot sunny day. (Each recipe makes one drink. Simply double, triple, or quadruple the recipe when company stops by!)
1/8 c honey
Juice of 1 lemon
7 oz sparkling water ( plus another 1/4 c sparkling water )
Mint or basil leaves ( optional )
Strawberries and slice of lemon for garnish
10 leaves basil
1 oz vodka
1 oz limoncello
2 Tbsp simple syrup
4 ice cubes

While we're making Limoncello anyway…why not also try making a different "cello?" Using ruby-red grapefruit and blood oranges too? So we did!
4-1/2 c simple syrup
12 lemons - for Limoncello ( OR )
6 blood oranges - for Arancello Rosso ( OR )
3 large ruby red grapefruits - for Pompelmocello
This fresh, green looking margarita slush comes together in less than 10 minutes blending traditional margarita ingredients like silver tequila, Grand Marnier, and lime juice together with the refreshing flavor of cucumber. It is also naturally sweetened with a honey-thyme mixture, and accompanied with a rim of Greek sea salt.
