Zesty & Easy Bread Pudding Pie

Whether you want a delicious dessert for snacks, lunch, or dinner — an easy bread pudding recipe is all you need to satisfy your sweet tooth! The filling of this pie is topped with a luscious preserved cherry recipe. A decadent dessert to end a great meal. Pie crust dough can be made ahead of time. You can store it in the refrigerator for 5 days or in the freezer for a month or two.

1 cup flour
1/4 cup cold butter
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
12 oz bread slices
16 oz milk
4 large egg yolks
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 tsp orange zest
8 oz sugar
1 tbsp melted butter
2 cups cherry preserves
8 slices

1 - Grate the cold butter into the flour and salt combination.

2 - Sprinkle water on the dry ingredients a bit at a time until a dough forms.

3 - Form the dough into a ball and let it rest...
