A high-fat content whipping cream is a must for this recipe. The heavy cream provides the creamy texture and mouth-feel when you dig in the ice cream. And the most important thing is that it slows the melting process by stabilizing air bubbles during the whipping process.
2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
14 oz cold condensed milk
