Easy Nachos on the Grill is an awesome weeknight meal or cookout appetizer that's ready to serve in about 15 minutes. Cheesy, beefy and so delicious! These nachos start with a Crockpot taco meat and disposable aluminum pan so prep and clean-up are a snap!
1 package Tortilla chips
2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 can Corn ( Drained )
1/2 can Black beans ( Drained and rinsed )
to taste Diced peppers and onions
to taste Cilantro
- Preheat your gas grill on low
- Layer half of the chips in the bottom of a disposable 9x13 pan
- Add half each of the meat, veggies and cheese.
