Tasty Beef Chop Suey Recipe

2 oz head cabbage
4 oz head cauliflower
2 oz carrots
3 garlic cloves
3 oz red bell pepper
3 oz yellow bell pepper
4 oz sliced shiitake mushrooms
1 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp water
3/4 cup beef stock
2 oz young corn
2 oz red onions
12 oz beef tenderloin
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 whole lemon
2 tsp sesame oil
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 cup canola oil
Salt and pepper to taste

1 - Combine thinly sliced beef tenderloin, soy sauce, sesame oil, and juice of 1 lemon.

2 - Marinate for 5 minutes.

3 - Add 2 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok.
