Bahn Turkey Hot Dogs | gourmet hot dogs - Food Meanderings
A smooth and creamy avocado dip and sauce, infused with the wonderful, fresh flavors of Roma tomatoes, lime, cilantro, and jalapeño! This stuff is addicting...you\\\'ve been warned! You\\\'ll want to put it on everything!
2 soft ( fully ripe avocados, pitted and scooped out )
1 Roma Tomato
Juice of 1 fresh lime
1 Jalapeño, seeds and membranes removed
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic ( minced )
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 c. sour cream ( full fat )
1/4 tsp. salt ( or to taste )
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Roma Tomato
Juice of 1 fresh lime
1 Jalapeño, seeds and membranes removed
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic ( minced )
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 c. sour cream ( full fat )
1/4 tsp. salt ( or to taste )
1 Tbsp. sugar

Add all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Serve as a dip. Add a little bit of milk to thin it out if you want to serve it as a sauce or drizzle.
