These are easy, pan-fried crab cakes with homemade lemon dill aioli. And even better, they are gluten-free!

Gluten-Free Crab Cake Ingredients:
1 Red Bell Pepper ( finely chopped )
4 Green Onions ( finely chopped )
1 tbs. Fresh Tarragon ( finely chopped )
2 tbs. Fresh Dill ( finely chopped )
2 tbs. Old Bay Seasoning
1 tbs. Dijon mustard
1 egg ( beaten )
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tbs. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
¼ cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Almond Flour
1 tbs. Gluten Free Flour
¼ cup Avocado Oil
1 lb. crab meat
10 crab cakes

Perfect for feeding a crowd!

Ranch just got a little bit more interesting. I have yet to find something that this Avocado Buttermilk Ranch Dressing doesn’t taste good on!

1 cup buttermilk
1 avocado
1-2 garlic clove ( s )
1 green onion ( sliced )
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1/3 cup cilantro
2 Tbls chopped fresh dill ( optional )
salt and pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving
