Desserts with carrots in Bengali cuisine is called Gajorer Halwa. Here is a quick easy recipe for the dish in its gluten free version.

60 grams Butter
125 gram Carrots ( Grated )
1/4 cups Brown Sugar
1/2 cups Grilled Almond Flakes
1/2 cups Raisins
2 teaspoons Cinnamon powder
1/2 cup Almond milk
1/3 cups Sugar
