This may be one of the ultimate comfort foods. As I was following one of my favorite blogs, I saw this and thought how it was made for a Dutch oven. It was so good we made it two nights in a row.
4 pounds potatoes ( peeled and diced )
½ cup sour cream
¼ up butter ( softened )
¼ cup milk
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chicken bouillon powder
½ tsp. garlic salt
½ tsp. garlic powder
¼ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1½ cups grated cheddar cheese
12 slices bacon ( chopped and cooked )
¼ cup green onions
