Cubes of paneer (cottage cheese) stuffed with pineapple mixture, marinated in spiced yogurt mix along with cubes of mixed peppers, onions and cherry tomatos, skewered and grilled till brown.

For Stuffing:
1/2 tbsp Oil
1/3 cup Pineapple ( finely chopped )
1/4 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1/4 tsp Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Garam Masala
Salt ( as required )
For Marinade:
1 cup Greek Yogurt
2 tsp Tandoori Masala
2 tsp Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp Carom seeds
1 tsp Kasoori methi ( crushed dried fenugreek leaves )
1 tbsp Coriander ( chopped )
Lemon juice ( 1/2 lime )
Salt ( as required )
To Marinate and Grill:
8 pieces Paneer cubes
1/4 cup Onion ( cut into cubes )
1/3 cup Mix Peppers ( cut into cubes )
4 pieces Cherry Tomatoes ( each cut into half )
1 tbsp Oil

Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.

Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute or until raw aroma vanishes.

Now add finely chopped pineapple, chilli powder, garam masala, salt and sauté...
