Amazing One-Pot Lamb Stew

4 ounces Bacon
2 lbs lamb shoulder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp Flour
1 ounce white onion
4 cloves Garlic
2 cups dry red wine
2 tbsp paprika
1/2 lb button mushroom
4 cups Beef stock
1/2 lb canned Canelli Beans
1/2 tsp dried thyme
2 Bay Leaves
3 ounces Carrots
1/4 cup parsley
