On those busy weeknights, cooking a tasty meal in your Instant Pot is a great way to get good food on the table fast. I’m going to share an easy recipe for you to try, Lemon Chicken is one of our family favorites.

Instant Pot Lemon Chicken Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts ( boneless )
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp olive oil
4 tbs. butter
1/2 onion
4 garlic cloves ( minced )
1 1/2 tbs. Italian seasoning
2 lemons
1/3 cup chicken broth
to taste salt
to taste pepper

Zesty White Wine Sangria

White Sangria is very easy to make. With its citrus flavors, this is a bright pick me up between heavy foods or will make you feel refreshed specially on summer or spring days.

This is a perfect cocktail to pair with salty and fatty foods. Potato chips, creamy cheeses, and salty cured meats would all be great with this drink.

1 1/2 oranges
2 lemons
2 limes
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup tequila
1/2 bottle dry white wine
1/2 bottle champagne
1 cup club soda

Greek-Style Slow-Roasted Pork

This Greek-style Slow Cooked Pork shoulder is so easy to make and is worth the effort. First, it gets slowly roasted in the oven and it is covered with foil. So, it will not get burned or overcooked and dry. And you don't have to keep an eye on it all the time. Typically, a Greek-style roast must include ingredients such as garlic, oregano and lemon. That is true in this dish. It's so amazingly tasty and any leftovers can be a great base in making soups or sandwiches.

30 oz Pork Shoulder
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp salt
4 cloves garlic
12 oregano sprigs
12 thyme sprigs
2 cups Chicken stock
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 oz shallots
3 oz Yukon gold potatoes
2 oz baby carrots
2 lemons
