Miso soup

Miso soup is a significant dish in Japanese culture which consists of a dash stock and miso made by soybeans, salt and kouji.

Dashi :
4 cups Water
10 g Katsuobushi ( Dried bonito )
10 g Kombu ( Dried kelp )
Topping:
4 tbsp Miso
100 g Tofu ( Silken tofu is recommended )
2 Spring onion

[Dashi Ingredients]

1. Combine the water and kombu in a saucepan and if possible, leave for about 1 hour.
