Chicken Caprese is a delicious, healthy dinner recipe bursting with flavor. Grilled Chicken Breast that's seasoned then topped with fresh mozzarella, a slice of ripe tomato, basil and balsamic reduction. It can be made on a gas grill or on the stovetop with a grill pan for a quick and easy dinner recipe!

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried basil
4 thick slices of ripe tomato
