Egg muffins loaded with taco meat and toppings. Great low calorie breakfast.

1/2 pound hamburger
2 Tablespoons taco seasoning
1/3 cup water
12 eggs ( whisked )
1 ( 15 ounce can black beans )
1 ( 14 ounce can diced tomatoes )
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup diced onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
salsa ( greek yogurt, avocado, to taste )
