1.5 kg Mutton mustard oil
500 gram onion sliced or julienned
2 inch Ginger
8 Cloves
6 Green chilies
1.5 large tomato pureed
4 large potatoes
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp black pepper powder
1.5 tsp Garam masala powder
1 inch cinnamon stick
2 dried red chillies
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp sugar
