mutton/meat pieces, cleaned and washed well 2 tbsp Oil 3 medium size onions finely sliced

2 slit green chillies

1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
1 cup beaten yogurt
1 tsp coriander seeds powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds powder
3 cups Basmati rice
1 tbsp Oil
1 medium onion sliced
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 small cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves
2 cardamoms
2 Cloves
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp chopped mint leaves
2 slit green chillies
2 tbsp beaten yogurt
6 cups Water
to taste Salt
