Posto Chicken Recipe

Posto chickenPosto chicken is a special bengali chicken recipe in which the chicken is cooked with poppy seeds and a variety of other indian spices.

750 g Chicken cut into small pieces
6 tbsp Poppy seeds soaked in water
6 cloves Garlic
1 inch Ginger peeled
green chillies
2 onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
4 tbsp mustard oil
to taste Salt
1 bay leaf
4 Cloves
Cardamom
inch cinnamon stick
1 tsp Fennel seeds
For marination
2 tsp Ginger paste
2 tsp garlic paste
