How to make crab cakes that taste like crab, are easy to make, reasonable on the wallet, and adaptable to your taste. Yes, it's possible.
Crab Cakes:
1/2 lb handpicked lump crab meat
1 large egg
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of kosher sea salt to taste
1/4 c saltine crackers ( crumbled - about 6 crackers )
1 Tbsp butter, for baking - or vegetable oil, for sauteing
1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Lemon wedges for presentation
Tartar Sauce:
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 Tbsp sweet relish
1 Tbsp shallots ( minced )
1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp capers ( chopped )
1/2 tsp dried tarragon
1/2 tsp hot sauce

Super Easy Sheet-Pan Shrimp Boil that You’ll Make Over and Over Again

This Shrimp Boil recipe involves very little boiling, but is a super easy sheet pan version. So easy to perfect! Looks and tastes fantastic every time.
1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb fully-cooked smoked sausage
3/4 lb small potatoes, or larger ones cut in wedges
2 ears of corn, cut into 2-inch pieces
10 oz pack whole portobello mushrooms, with larger ones cut in half
4 cloves garlic, smashed and chopped
1 jalapeno, deseeded and chopped
1 lemon, cut in wedges
1/4 c Old Bay seasoning
1/4 c butter
2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
