Our favorite wine at this house is Moscato. So when my husband visited Olive Garden and saw that they had a drink made with Moscato, blueberry, and lemon, it was a must try. He came home later to tell me about it and insisted that we figure out how to make this delicious drink. So here it is, perfect for a hot summer day!

Moscato Spumante ( I prefer Barefoot )
20 blueberries ( smashed )
Juice of 1/2 a lemon ( approximately 1 ounce )
Blueberries & lemon wedges for garnish
2
In tall glass add lemon juice. Mash blueberries through fine strainer to release juices, add to glass. Fill 3/4 way with ice cubes. Pour in Moscato & garnish with a few blueberries and the lemon wedge.
