Palak dosa (spinach dosa) is an easy and healthy dosa recipe with spinach. Spinach dosa is an excellent way to include spinach in kids diet.

Chicken Palak a classic Indian dish for palak (spinach) chicken. Popeye would love this dish! This is a nutrient rich, low-fat and low-calorie meal that is great to have on rotation as part of a healthy diet.
2 spinach leaves ( finely chopped, bunches )
800 grams chicken
2 tablespoons Oil
2 teaspoons cumin seed
1 ginger ( inch, chopped )
2 tablespoons split bengal gram ( soaked )
to taste salt
1/4 teaspoon tumeric powder
2 onions ( medium and cubed )
1 gourd ( bottle, cut )
5-6 green chilis ( chopped )
to taste Fresh fenugreek ( finely chopped )
1 methi ( small bunch )
2 tomatoes ( medium, chopped )
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder

2 tablespoons Oil

1 ginger ( inch, chopped )
2 tablespoons split bengal gram ( soaked )
to taste salt
1/4 teaspoon tumeric powder
2 onions ( medium and cubed )
