Creamy Greek-Style Pea Soup: Peas are normally considered a side dish, but in here, it is the star of the dish. Serve with crusty bread and a bottle of white wine for a light lunch! All it takes are a few pantry staples and some patience to create this lovely and vibrant spring season starter. The secret to this rich-flavored vegetable dish is the hint of yogurt at the end.
