1/2 c milk

lemon rind from 1 lemon

vegetable shortening, for greasing pan

1/2 peach, per person
1 Tbsp brown sugar, per person
Cream Cheese Whipped Cream, 2 servings:
2 Tbsp cream cheese
1/3 c heavy cream
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Additional Toppings:
honey
pistachio nuts
