Yuzu tea is like marmalade made by yuzu. I recommend yuzu tea dressing for salad or BBQ sauce. Yuzu tea goes very well with watercress.

Dressing:
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Yuzu-tea ( Korean citron-tea )
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Squeezed lemon
