2 medium onions ( sliced )
1 clove garlic ( chopped )
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 cup beef broth
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water
2 medium bell peppers ( cut in strips )
