Super easy to make! Koji Salt is a Japanese condiment that you can use it as salt and pickle your vegetables at home. This is my homemade koji salt which I've been in love for a long time! Walleye Sandwiches are a staple in Minnesota, and now you can make one at home! This delicious Grilled Walleye Sandwich has delicious, flaky walleye, crisp lettuce, pickles, ripe tomatoes and a tangy homemade tartar sauce piled on a toasted bun!

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickle
2 tsp grated lemon zest
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp fresh dill
4 cloves garlic ( minced )
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
4 boneless skinless walleye fillets
3 lemon slices
