Easy Mushroom Patty

4 ounces Portobello mushroom
6 ounces oyster mushroom
3 ounces Enoki Mushroom
1/2 cup plain flour
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
(1/2 cup) oyster sauce

3 ounces Carrots
